Welcome to Member Self-Service (MSS), the secure pensions website for Defined Benefit (DB) and hybrid members of the HSBC Bank (UK) Pension Scheme (the Scheme), administered by EQ. This site allows members to see their defined benefit (DB) pension account.

Members with Defined Contribution (DC) Benefits can access their DC pension account via the secure My Pension website hosted by Willis Towers Watson.
